# Level 1 Kali Centurion Curriculum
Tandez Academy of Martial Arts - Filipino Kali
## Conditioning Requirements
- Jump Rope Rounds: 3 x 3 Minutes
- Evasion & Footwork Drill #1-5: 1 x 2 Minutes
- Evasion & Footwork Drill Random: 1 x 2 Minutes
