Normalize frontmatter taxonomy across 293 document transcriptions

Categories now match folder names (15 canonical values).
Types normalized to 25 canonical values per VAULT_MAP.md spec.
Context-aware mapping: W-2s→tax-form, lease files→lease, vet records→vet, etc.

Organize vault: rename travels, move progyny notes, remove stale plans

- Rename travels/ → trip_plans/ to avoid confusion with documents/travel/
- Move notes/medical/progyny.md → documents/medical/fertility/progyny_notes.md
- Remove misplaced CONVERSION_PLAN.md and TELEGRAM_BOT_PLAN.md from martial_arts/

- tax/: 84 files across 2014-2025 with full .md transcriptions
- immigration/: 734 files (H-1B, green card, visa stamping, travel visas, passport) with 26 summary.md files
- Loose files sorted: SSN cards → id/, vaccines → medical/covid/, credit check + lease addendum → lease/, UChicago offer → employment/, wine archive → receipts/
- home.md: removed green card timeline (moved to immigration/greencard/greencard/summary.md)
