Legal Contract for Services
Toast Entertainment Contract for Service
AGREEMENT made this (17th) day of (December), 2016, by and between (Yanxin Lu), hereinafter referred to as the Party of the First Part, and Toast Entertainment- referred to as the Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the agreements herein contained and intending to be legally bound hereby, the Parties do agree as follows:

The Party of the First Part hereby engages the Party of the Second Part to provide a DJ Service. The service to be performed at (Terrace Club) as per the terms contained herein.

The Party of the Second Part (Toast Entertainment) hereby agrees to provide a DJ/Music Entertainment Service for the Party of the First Part at the above-mentioned location.

The said DJ Service shall consist primarily of providing musical entertainment by means of a recorded music format.

The Party of the Second Part (Toast Entertainment) hereby agrees to skillfully and faithfully render his professional services.

The Parties hereby agree that the DJ Service shall be provided and accepted on the following date.
(January 3rd, 2017)
5a. The Parties hereby agree that the starting time of the engagement shall be TBD AM/PM and the ending time of the engagement shall be TBD AM/PM.
- The Party of the First Part in consideration of the DJ/Music Entertainment Service to be rendered by the Party of the Second Part, and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agrees to pay to the Party of the Second Part the following consideration:
Services Included: Silver Package DJ service (5 hour DJ/MC, Dance Lighting)
6a. Non-refundable deposit agreement: $150.00
6b. Balance due before start time of event: $755 (after deposit $605)
6c. Method of payment: (check/cash/credit card)
THE PARTIES hereto promise to abide by the terms of this agreement and intend to be legally bound thereby.
