Scope of Work

Main House Interior Remodel (per Owner plan by city code)

Terms and Conditions (Page 3)

Commencement: Failure by contractor without lawful excuse to substantially commence work within (5) days from the approximate date specified in this proposal or contract when work will begin is a violation of the contractors.

Change Orders: Any alteration deviation from the above specifications, including but not limited to any such alteration or deviation involving additional material and/or labor costs, will be executed only upon a written order for same, signed by owner and contractor, and if there is any charge for such alteration or deviation. The additional charge will be added to the contract price of this contract. Trash removal and clean up will be subjected to additional charge. House cleaning is not included.

Late Payment: If any payment is not made when it's due, contractor may suspend work on job until such time as all payments due have been made. A failure to make payment for a period in excess of (3) days from the due date of the payment shall be deemed a material breach of this contract.

Completion Payment: By executing this agreement, customer agrees to the following terms: The remaining balance of the contract is to be paid within (3) days after construction is completed.

Delays: Works may be subjected to delays caused by acts of god, stormy weather, change of order, special order, materials delay, uncontrollable labor trouble or unforeseen contingencies. Any unforeseen conditions may exist, which could result in additional charges.

Legal Action: If it becomes necessary for Luxe Construction to commence legal action to enforce the terms of this agreement, customer agrees to pay all costs and attorney fees incurred.

Complaints: Customer agrees that any complaints, either as to the quality of the product or workmanship involved in its installation must be submitted in writing to Luxe Construction within ten (10) days after the installation completed of the product to be sold hereunder to the customer. Failure to submit such complaint within the period allowed shall be deemed to be full acceptance by the customer for the product and service provided by Luxe Construction and a waiver of any claims as to defects in either the products to the services provided. Submission of such complaint shall not relieve the customer from paying in full for the or services provided.

Warranty: Luxe Construction warrants its labor for a period of (1) year from the completion of installation. This warranty applies to newly purchased products and installation from Luxe Construction.

Timeline: Job start day to final complete in 60 day (Raining days, & the date of ordering material delayed Will Not Be Counted In This months. Any additional work will not be included in this 60 day.)

Coverage: Anything not mentioned in contract will not be covered.

Insurance: Luxe Construction Provide The Minimum Coverage Include All Contractor, Subcontractors, Automobiles, Workers, Employers' Compensations And Liability Insurance. Including Coverage For All Owned Hired, And Non-Owned Automobiles.

Permits: All cities permit fees and any regular fees that required by local city are not included.
